This week sees the MU HQ welcoming three visitors from the Union in Ghana: General Secretary Deborah C Anaman, President Bice Osei Kuffour and Director of Special Projects, Fiifi Khan Agarkwah. MU Digital Development Manager Chris Craig and I spent a couple of very pleasant and fulfilling hours outlining our comms work for the MU and comparing notes with the matching needs of the Ghanian organisation. The enthusiastic trio are spending a week visiting British colleagues as well as benefiting from the MU’s considerable experience and advice, as they seek to develop local services for musicians in their country.
