I dropped in this evening on the monthly Time Out Rising Stars event for unsigned artists at the 229 venue at Great Portland St. This event, curated and hosted by Ray Jones, Business Development Director at Time Out, showcases a series of independent bands and singer/writers and amongst the stand out performers on the night were Flight Brigade, The Rews and Harry Pane.
