A fine day at Horsham Golf Club with the Hayes family. Ten members of the Four Seasons Society were present and the winner of the day was Des who scored an excellent 38 points playing off of a handicap of 20. In second place was secretary Les Hayes who scored 35 points playing off 15. Nearest the pin was won by our Spring captain Chris, and nearest the pin for two shots was won by Les me after a truly magnificent second shot (evidently). I was totally off-form, hardly surprising I guess, as it was only my second game of the year. I normally can shake off the rust after a few holes, but the lack of any practice is clearly being to show. My next match is in September, so I must visit the driving range.
