Proud to witness Ben as an army cadet carrying a standard at the Remembrance Day event in New Addington this morning. This began with a service at St Edwards Church, followed by a wreath being laid in the Church Memorial Garden. The detail then joined the gathering at the Royal British Legion Memorial Garden in nearby Alwyn Close, for the Last Post, the perfectly observed two minute silence, and the laying of wreaths at the Memorial.
