I spent this afternoon in the Corinthian Terrace Bar at the Oval cricket ground, where a networking and business event was held by the venue’s events team. This was during the Surrey v Essex county match and I it was a pleasure to meet pianist and writer Sir Richard Stilgoe, president of Surrey County Cricket Club in 2005 and a former president of the Lord’s Taverners.
I also met Nicole Davis, European Marketing Manager for Virtusa, a global information technology services company who provide IT consulting, technology and outsourcing services. My thanks to the Oval’s Maria Scullion for the invitation.
