Met up with Geoff Gascoyne and Adam Goldsmith this morning at Future Publishing’s offices in Balcombe St, NW1, to record a video interview as part of the on-going preparations for rich content in the MU website currently under development.
Bassist, composer, producer and app creator Geoff, and session guitarist Adam have had long, successful and fascinating careers and were chosen for the breadth of experience and knowledge of life as a working musician on stage, in the studio and on screen. We covered a range of topics including starting out, being professional, getting gigs, the Work Not Play campaign, playing on a TV show (Adam is currently working as a guitarist on The Voice), handling difficult situations and the making of Session Band app amongst others.
