The first day in an extremely busy and exciting month with numerous events in the diary. I was up early today and caught the train from Paddington to Bath so that I could continue my work as editor of the MU Members’ Handbook for 2015 at the office of publishers Future Fusion, alongside a crack team including account manager David Parker, and consultant editors William Salmon and Neil Crossley. This will be the eleventh edition of the award-winning publication and it is scheduled to be distributed to musicians across the UK in mid-January, in addition to being made available online via the organisation’s new website at theMU.org.
