Another enjoyable visit to Jim Hawkins at his Chocolate Box Studio in Kingston. This time we added lead and harmony vocals and a variety of instruments to our ballad “Forever yours”, which is sounding very promising indeed.
Jim then added piano and bass guitar to our country-style mid-tempo song, “Between these walls” plus we made plans to complete our pop-dance number – “There’s no-one to touch you (when you’re touching me)” – which only requires a female lead vocal now. Jim suggests we contact session ace and Rockabella Sarah Lindsey for the role. More excellent progress.
