I drove down to Canterbury this morning to spend a few enjoyable hours with producer and old friend Greg Fitzgerald at his superb rural retreat and studio.
The aim of the trip was to select the first three songs for recording in the coming weeks. From the portfolio of songs I offered, Greg chose ‘Head above water‘, ‘Love on a summer’s day’ and ‘She reminds me of you‘, believing these proving the best start for the project. My thanks to Greg for a very pleasant afternoon.
