Rock Noir five-piece Belladonna were formed in 2005 in Rome, Italy by Luana Caraffa and Dani Macchi and it was only a matter of months before they became the most played Italian band on MySpace (next to Lacuna Coil). By 2013 the band were releasing their fourth album, Shooting Dice With God, and touring all over Europe to support its release.
Tonight saw them headlining a show at The Borderline off Charing Cross Road, where a packed venue appreciated their mix of hard rock and entertaining staging. My thanks to my long-term friend and colleague Honey Bianchi for the invitation.
