Abbey Road tour

A superb morning at Abbey Road Studios in the company of Mark Robertson, the facilities’ Head of Brand & Marketing, and Richard Melville (MD of Starscream Communications) as they kindly showed myself and musician David Higgins, together with his band colleague Alister, around the world-famous premises.

The tour included not just Studios 1, 2 and 3 but also their recent additions, namely The Front Room, The Gatehouse and The Mix Stage.  This was in advance of my featuring the facilities, including Abbey Road Red and the Institute, in The Musician magazine early next year.  My sincere thanks to Executive Personal Assistant and Facilities Coordinator Kayla Hopkins for arranging the visit.
