Another enjoyable evening in town, this time at the Crypt underneath St Martin-the-Fields in Trafalgar Square. The venue has been home to a varied mix of genres and style down the years, presenting acoustic, folk, jazz, blues, classical and ethnic music.
The line-up on this occasion consisted of songwriters Kezia Gill, Robert Vincent, Ruthie Collins and Two Ways Home, who also hosted the evening in partnership with the entertaining Ray Jones. The format echoed the legendary performance circles familiar to anyone who has been lucky enough to visit Nashville and catch gigs at the Bluebird and other world-famous clubs.
A pleasure to meet Kezia afterwards and to catch up briefly with Robert. Live music is well and truly back!
