I travelled to Bath once more to complete the 2017 edition of the MU Members’ Handbook at Future’s offices in Quay House on Wednesday. My thanks to Jenny May Forsyth for her editorial work and to account manager David Parker in overseeing the project successfully. This edition will be distributed to all new MU members during 2017, with the contents available to existing members via the Union’s website.
Meanwhile John Smith (MU General Secretary), Horace Trubridge (Assistant General Secretary), Isabelle Gutierrez (Head of Government Relations & Public Affairs at the MU) and I were the guests of Clare Jonik (Content Marketing Director at Future) at Oscar’s, Charlotte Street Hotel, Fitzrovia, this year’s venue for our annual Christmas lunch.
